Diabetes Awareness Sessions

Helen Beckett, Diabetes Nurse of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust delivered a pre-diabetes awareness session yesterday for members and volunteers around Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. There will be another of these sessions arranged for later in the year . This will be held once again at the Little London Community Centre. Caring Together are also collaborating with the Diabetes Service in THE LEEDS PROGRAMME which is:

  • A 3 week course for people who have a recent diagnosis of Diabetes or who want more information as to how to manage their diabetes
  • an initiative that aims to increase knowledge and self management skills

Thursday 19th July 2018 2-4pm
