Time To Talk

Since Time To Talk Day first launched in 2014, it has sparked millions of conversations in schools, homes, workplaces, in the media and online.

Mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet people are still afraid to talk about it. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to talk about mental health.

Hundreds of events around the country took place to get people talking about mental health.

Caring Together held it’s own event last Thursday at Little London Community Centre. There was plant potting and craft tables to keep everyone occupied accompanied by cakes-a-plenty and copious hot drinks. It was a lovely relaxed session and all seemed to enjoy the afternoon.
