'Feel Good Day'

Jubilee Social Club, Woodhouse

The event offered the chance for our members to socialise, try some new activities such as line dancing as well as join in some gentle chair based exercise and talk to some other organisations about health, benefits, safety and more. There was also some singing, arts and crafts, poetry, music quiz and light lunch.  Some members also enjoyed some pampering sessions, that were on offer throughout the day such as facials and aromatherapy.
