Our walking group have been resting over the winter months but will be meeting very soon to plan the Spring walks. And will soon be getting out and about on local walks and sometimes a little further afield – usually finishing at a cafe for a cup of tea, of course
Caring Together member Maria was the lucky winner of a prize draw held by Care & Repair Leeds and their Reminiscence Library. The prize of M&S vouchers was presented at our Midweekers group this week.
The days are getting longer and the green shoots of Spring are starting to show at last. Some of our Caring Together volunteers are now hard at work on the Caring Together allotment.
Here’s hoping for another fruitful year!
Lots happening at Woodhouse Community Centre today.
The Real Junk Food Project are running their fortnightly Pay as You Feel Cafe – lovely meals made from food that would have gone to waste and the Princes Trust are holding a Fun Day from 12noon to 3.30pm. Jumble, books, buns and activities.
So you could come for a nice lunch and then grab yourself a bargain – into the bargain!

We are so grateful to everyone who has helped today
