Caring Together Christmas Closing

Caring Together will be closed now until Friday 2nd January 2026.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been part of our 2025 in any way, we do appreciate it.

Wishing everyone a peaceful, happy and healthy holiday season and we will see you in the new year.

A very Caring Together Christmas!!

We’ve had a lot happening at Caring Together in the run up to Christmas. Including ‘One Day at Christmas’ at the Royal Armouries, Our musical get-together with songs from LUUMIC, visiting the Heart Centre Christmas market and Gateway’s carol service, a Christmas lunch at Britannia Hotel, a party hosted by staff and students at Notre Dame, and finally we finished with our festive film afternoon this week.

That’s the last of our Christmas events and our regular groups and activities have finished today for the Christmas break too.

Caring Together will be open until midday on Christmas Eve and then we will be back on 2nd January 2026.

Activities will resume week commencing 5th January and the New Year sees the return of our Winter Warmer Wednesday soup and bread sessions.

Macmillan Coffee Morning

We often hold fundraising events for ourselves but sometimes it is good to recognise other organisations out there who provide such important services to our communities. To this end, and for the second year in a row, we were delighted to recently host an afternoon on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support.

One Day at Christmas

On one day each December, the UK’s events industry aims to give something back to local communities by recreating a Christmas party for people. Caring Together were delighted to have recieved an invite to the event held at Leeds Armouries and all reported back that they had a great time.
