Our Friday Group had a change of venue when we took our exercise class out to South Leeds Golf Club and then followed it by afternoon tea in the cafe. We worked hard at the exercise, so think we deserved the treat! And our lovely waitress is Julie our exercise tutor

Up with the Larks
Staff and members of Caring Together took part in the Dawn Chorus Bird Walk this morning along Woodhouse Ridge. Nineteen people attended and the weather was kind to us. Many thanks to Tabitha from Oblong who organised the walk and fed everyone afterwards at the Woodhouse Community Centre

Pay as you feel at WCC
Caring Together members at the Real Junk Food Cafe at Woodhouse Community Centre this morning. The Cafe will be operating from the Community Centre on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11am to 2pm and as usual will be operating on a pay as you feel basis.
Parkinson’s Awareness
