The ‘Live Well in Later Life’ course hosted by IAPT as below:
The course is being run by Leeds IAPT, and is aimed at supporting adults 50 and above to maintain their well-being in later life. It is some time for you!
It runs for 6 sessions and looks at how life events could start to change our outlook, which can affect us physically, what we do day to day and our thinking. The sessions look at techniques to improve sleep, get back to doing what we enjoy, tackle worries, problem solving and other well-being information. We will also have our employment advisers deliver a session on working in later life covering a range of topics. This course is primarily aimed at people aged 50+, however anyone who feels that they would benefit from a course aimed at older adults is welcome to book a place.
To book a place please either call Community Links IAPT Service on:
Or call the Caring Together offices directly, if you wish, on: Tel: 0113 243 0298

Caring Together recently attended the First Anniversary of Green Gym creating lovely garden spaces at Lovell Park Hub. We have a great relationship with Lovell Park Hub and use their IT suite regularly for our IT Drop in. The garden is a great space to relax and have a break-out from groups on those warm summer days.
Our links with the M&S Archive continued with a recent visit by them to Caring Together. These visits are always popular and this was no exception.
