It runs for 6 sessions and looks at how life events could start to change our outlook, which can affect us physically, what we do day to day and our thinking. The sessions look at techniques to improve sleep, get back to doing what we enjoy, tackle worries, problem solving and other well-being information. We will also have our employment advisers deliver a session on working in later life covering a range of topics.
