12pm: Alan Johnson is a retired politician and frustrated musician. His latest book is, In My Life – A Music Memoir.

2pm Clare Hunter: Clare started her professional career in theatre and the arts before turning to textiles. Her book, Threads of Life explores the emotional, social and political significance of sewing across centuries, continents and generations.

3pm: Kirsty Wark: Kirsty is an award winning broadcaster and author. She shares the inspiration behind her second book, The House on the Loch.

4pm: Peter Ross: Peter is a journalist and writer whose latest book is A Tomb with a View.
