Twice a month we set aside some time to come together and share a meal. Evidence suggests sharing mealtimes is good for your well-being. Lunch time meet ups it gives us the opportunity to socialise, sit and chat together in a relaxed informal way with Caring Together members, supporters and our colleagues.
