A Caring Together member recently approached us to ask about Walking Football. He said that he played football regularly when younger and would like to give it a try for social and fitness reasons. We advised him where sessions in Leeds already take place but he was wondering if there were any people in Woodhouse, Little London or the Town Centre who would like to get together to try it out. The man is 78 years old so ideally people around that age range would be preferable
Walking Football is a version of the game where any player caught running concedes a free kick to the opposition.
If you fancy giving this a go contact John at Caring Together and we will put you in touch with one another.
