Community Support Worker

Salary: SCP 22 – £33,699

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Caring Together is looking for a compassionate, motivated Community Support Worker to support older people to stay active, connected, and independent.

We’re a Leeds-based Neighbourhood Network Scheme tackling isolation and disadvantage through community-led activities, practical support, and advice services.

The Role

  • Deliver social, wellbeing, and activity sessions
  • Provide one-to-one support
  • Help members access services, benefits, and advice

About You

  • Experience in social care or community work
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Caring, patient, and adaptable
