Caring Together attended the Memory Matinee screening of Jailhouse Rock on Monday at the Hyde Park Picture House. This matinee screening programme has been designed to be inclusive to those living with dementia as well as family members and carers. It has been programmed in partnership with ‘A Life More Ordinary’ Project’ and is rooted in the idea that a trip to the cinema is a powerful way for people to reconnect with memories.
The next screening will be of the Wizard of Oz on Monday 11th June. If you would like to attend, in a group, with Caring Together, let us know. We will be there.
