Caring Together are extremely pleased to be able to announce the success of a funding bid to Esmée Fairbairn to develop and deliver a Community Resilience Project. This will lead to:
• Improved collaboration with local civic, religious and support organisations as well as local health centres and practices.
• Increased volunteering opportunities
• Development of new more appropriate services, particularly for younger older people.

Caring Together would like to offer our appreciation to  Esmée Fairbairn for the confidence that they have shown in us and look forward to collaborating on this exciting Project with them over the next three years.
